Never too early to celebrate
" an amazing experience for everyone "

It’s never too early to celebrate Christmas. Accordingly, on December 11th, 50 Chaîne members and their guests gathered to enjoy a festive feast at The Club hosted by Chargé de Missions Rinaldo Boscaro.

The menu designed by Chef Peter De Kauwe, Grand Officier Maître Rôtisseur, was complemented by exquisite wine pairings selected by Échanson Sandeep Sathees.

The festive lunch was the 12th event held in the iconic Vista Restaurant and Bar at The Club. It was an honour and pleasure to have the presence of our Bailli Délégué, Ian Fairservice.

The gastronomic journey began with Champagne Comtes de Dampierre Grand Cuvée accompanied by canapes.

After the reception we repaired to the terrace where tables were festively set with Christmas crackers and party hats. Chef Peter came to introduce the menu he had prepared with his team. Sandeep followed by highlighting the wines he had selected for pairing. After a toast with water to our UAE rulers the lunch began.
