For our last dinner before the summer holidays, we decided to visit the brand-new restaurant ‘Alma’.
Side, once an important port town historically, now a popular holiday destination is the perfect setting for this beautiful establishment. We could certainly feel the ‘Alma’ (Ed: soul in a spiritual sense) of an exciting new concept.
450 years old olive trees in the garden, Tuscany marble tables and local stone decorations make this restaurant a true gem.
Special cocktails were served by 'Mr Mixologist' Umut during the reception while the DJ provided the right music for a delicious summer evening.

Alma’s kitchen led by Chef Mert Yalciner aims to provide guests with a different gastronomic experience using seasonal products from the Taurus Mountains and the wider Mediterranean region. It certainly was so for this dinner.
