Bailliage members and guests were warmly welcomed on board at ‘Corendon Playa Kemer’. Corendon was established in 2000 in the Netherlands, initially selling only airline tickets and
travel packages to Turkey.

Nowadays it is a well-known international travel organization with hotels in Turkey, the Netherlands, Spain and Curaçao. About 6 million travellers each year make use of their airline company.

The General Manager of Turkey's destination and incoming partner, Corendon Touristic, is Bora Karaer. He recently joined our Bailliage together with his lovely wife Ayşenur.

Only one month after their induction we were invited to join a great Chaîne event in one of their best hotels.

The name 'Corendon' is derived from the German word “korund” relating to a ruby reddish stone. The colour red is the house colour of the company but "korund" is also known to open the heart chakra and stimulate passion.

The Italian and Turkish wines were perfectly paired with the dishes.

Certificates of recognition and warm applause were given to Bora and Ayşenur Karaer,
the hotel’s General Manager Mehmet Güler, Executive Chef Yasin Körpe and Food and Beverage Mustafa Demir.

At the end of a delightful event, we can certainly conclude we have felt heart-warming hospitality and tasted true passion in the delicious dishes.
