The October Dinner for the Chaîne in Dubai was held at Bella Restaurant & Lounge, located on the rooftop of the Grand Millennium Hotel Business Bay, with unrivalled views over the Dubai Canal, the city skyline and iconic Burj Khalifa.

Headed by award-winning Executive Chef Alessandro Miceli, the team at Bella executed a sensational dinner, bursting with flavours, colours, passion and flair.
