Our latest dining event was at “Talea” by Antonio Guida at the Emirates Palace. [Ed. Located on a pristine private beach, the Emirates Palace is the epitome of luxury in Abu Dhabi showcasing Arabian hospitality at its finest.]

The gastronomic delights of Talea fuse traditional techniques of Milanese classics with an innovative edge to present a tantalizing interpretation which is the signature trademark of Antonio Guida.

Helmed by Antonio’s protégé Chef Luigi Stinga, Talea featured for us a five-course menu. The highly curated selection of seasonal and authentic Italian products was paired with exceptional Italian wines in an elegant, yet casual atmosphere.

It was a spectacular event. From the simply divine canapés accompanying the Champagne through to the last, complex full-bodied red wine, we had great pleasure in enjoying.

The restaurant’s ambience contributed to an elegant, joyful evening. Members and their guests had a wonderful time. Their feedback was extremely positive and full of praise.

Chef Luigi and his kitchen brigade delivered beyond expectations. The presentation and flavours of each course were to say the least superb.

Maitre’d Tommaso and his service team were also outstanding. They insured the five-course menu was served promptly and that wine glasses were topped up.
