Richárd Csillag will represent our Bailliage at the International Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition in Mexico City in October!

The National Final was held on May 3, 2022 - the 27th time one has been staged by the Bailliage of Hungary - at the METRO Gastronomy Academy in Budaörs, a town in Pest County within the Budapest metropolitan area.

Competitors had to prepare a spontaneous three-course menu (first course, main course, dessert) for three people in three hours, instead of a preconceived, well-rehearsed menu.

METRO, which has supported the event for many years as a reliable partner of the hospitality sector, provided fresh ingredients for the competition on site.

We wish Richárd all the best for his participation in the International Final.
