Invitation to Château du Mylord
" Ten euro from each meal sold will go to support our young competitors "
Dear members of the Chaîne across the world,
We are delighted to invite you to our prestigious three-day Gala Weekend at the elegant Château du Mylord in Ellezelles.
For many years our esteemed Conseiller Culinaire Jean-Baptiste Thomaes - the previous owner of Château du Mylord - and his wife Lisbeth had beautifully organized this annual weekend with part of the revenue supporting the trip of our Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs competitor to participate in the International Final. Happily, this cherished tradition will be continued by the new Maître Rôtisseur, Martin Simonart, and his wife, Nuria, the new owners of Château du Mylord.
At each event there will be guests of Mylord and Chaîne members. National Bailliage Officers take turns to speak to the Mylord guests describing what the Chaine does with the intention of hopefully recruiting some new members.
Event Details:
- Friday, September 13: Dinner
- Saturday, September 14: Lunch and Dinner
- Sunday, September 15: Lunch with a special ceremony
Lunch or dinner will be 165 euro per person inclusive of the reception, a 4-course menu (starter, fish, main, cheese), Bru Water, wines and Chaîne coffee.
Naturally, the Bailliage will be extremely appreciative for your support and presence at this event. Ten euro from each meal sold will go to support our young competitors.
To reserve your table, please email [email protected] with the subject line: **Gala of the Chaîne**.
We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you all.
Warm regards from the Bailliage team led by Ilse Duponcheel, Member of the Conseil Magistral, Bailli Délégué
