It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in our 2024 Grand Chapitre being organised by the Bailliage Provincial of Hokkaido in Sapporo from October 7-9.

Hokkaido is a “treasure house of food” blessed with rich nature. We are planning a gastronomic festival of Japanese, French and Chinese cuisine using a wealth of autumn produce.
