This Head Chef looks back on a long-standing career and is a prominent figure in the German gourmet scene. Christoph Rüffer learned classical haute cuisine at the Restaurant Le Gourmet (then awarded 1 Michelin star) in Munich. Further experience followed at Hotel Résidence (2 Michelin stars) in his hometown Essen under Henri Bach, at Hotel Bareiss (3 Michelin stars) in Baiersbronn with Claus-Peter Lumpp and at Traube Tonbach (3 Michelin stars) under the guidance of Harald Wohlfahrt.
