In celebration of World Chaîne Day, an evening of refined gastronomy at Nomadic Restaurant, Sheraton Kuching, unfolded through a thoughtfully curated “Tastes of the World” menu, reflecting a harmonious interplay of global influences and local character.

The journey commenced with the delicate creamy burrata with grilled plum, followed by a nuanced laksa lobster bisque with Hokkaido scallop, before progressing to a choice of mains between the charred Black Angus tenderloin and a locally inspired truffle chicken rice claypot.

Each course was thoughtfully composed to showcase both technique and storytelling.

Our deepest appreciation to the culinary and service brigade of the Sheraton Kuching for an evening executed with finesse, precision, and gracious hospitality, a true reflection of the standards we celebrate.
