Sabores de Mercado in Sintra played host to a successful dinner organised by Richard Roestorf, the new Bailli of Greater Lisbon 2.
The event was attended by notable guests including Llewellyn Marais, Chancelier Argentier of South Africa and Paulo Amado, Bailli Délégué of Portugal. We were also delighted with the presence of Baillis from other local Bailliages in Portugal, namely Ana Furtado Moreira (North), Pedro Ornelas (Porto); Jean Ferran (Algarve).

The staff at Sabores de Mercado, led by Manager Alex Sabores, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. The Bailliage expressed its gratitude to Alex, Chef Israel, and the entire team for their hard work and contributions to the success of the dinner. A special thank you also went to Encosta do Guadiana for their wine selections to complement the dishes.
