It is with much pleasure that the Competition Committee can confirm that the 2024 International Final of the Jeunes Sommeliers Competition will be hosted in October by the Bailliage of Canada, principally in Kelowna and Calgary.
The draft programme for the six days is as follows:
Monday 14th
Competitors arrive in Kelowna, in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.
Welcoming dinner
4 nights’ stay
Tuesday 15th
Vineyard visits
Dinner
Wednesday 16th
Vineyard visits

Thursday 17th
2024 Competition Semi-final - theory, practical service, blind tasting
Dinner
Friday 18th
Depart Kelowna by coach for Lake Louise
Lunch at Lake Louise
Continue on by coach to Calgary
Dinner being part of the 2024 Grand Chapitre of Canada
Stay 2 nights at the Hotel Arts
Saturday 19th
2024 Final in the morning to place the 1-2-3
In the evening, Awards Presentation, Induction Ceremony and Gala Dinner in conjunction with the 2024 Grand Chapitre of Canada
Sunday 20th
Everyone departs for home
