Last chance to register for this wonderful event for many “Firsts”.

On behalf of the National Board of Directors of the Bailliage of USA, Bailli Délégué Bertrand de Boutray, Bailli Provincial of Pacific Northwest Robert Cugini, Conseiller Culinaire et des Professionnels des Etats-Unis Reimund Pitz, I would like to invite all of you to attend the 2024 National Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs (JCR) Competition and Culinary Weekend.

This is a perfect opportunity to see your friends, meet new friends, and welcome our young competitors who are also exceptional with their culinary skills at such a young age. The USA has once again put its name on the international map as last year our National Champion Joseph Baffoe was the 2023 International Champion in Istanbul, Türkiye.

In Seattle we also produced the 2009 National Champion, Varin Keokitvon. Maître Rôtisseur Varin is now the instructor at Seattle Culinary Academy where the welcome reception will be held on Friday night (June 7th). We will also host the first ever Turkish Taste One Pot Competition where professional Chaîne Chefs will compete to see who can create the greatest hors d’oeuvres using all Turkish Taste ingredients. Varin’s student will be competing on Saturday.

On Saturday, the National Final will be held at Renton Technical College (RTC) where the Provincial competition has been held in the past years. Maître Rôtisseur Tony Parker is one of the strongest supporters of the JCR Competition. We will be able to watch the young competitors vying for the top spot. The winner will compete internationally in 2025.

During the competition three seminars will also be offered with a lunch served by RTC. In the evening the Induction Ceremony and a Gala Dinner prepared by Chef Parker and his team will also be held at RTC. This is another first.
