For the dinner on Friday, May 17th, the promise of a magnificent evening at Château Pape Clément very much lived up to expectations.
Pape Clément is in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, ranked among the Crus Classés for red wine in the 1959 Classification of Graves wines.
It is the oldest wine estate in Bordeaux, a unique château whose first harvests were carried out in 1252.
Participants therefore had the pleasure of dining in a legendary Graves Grand Cru Classé Château surrounded by vines, a place rich from seven centuries of history.
