The Bailliage of Lebanon is proud to introduce the Lebanese chef Patrick Khoueiry who is currently the Executive Chef at the Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort in Beirut.

Chef Patrick has had 20 years’ experience in luxury establishments such as the Mövenpick Hotel, the Royal Tulip Hotel and the Hotel Royal for 10 years, where he started as a Kitchen Assistant and became a Senior Sous Chef.

He also won a silver medal at the Dubai world championship in 2024, cooked for a royal wedding in Abu Dhabi, and represented Lebanon at the Royal Luxembourg Food Festival.

Having worked in the best fine-dining restaurants, Chef Patrick has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His passion lies in blending creativity with consistency to deliver memorable dining experiences.
