Since its founding, the Bailliage has been devoted to discovering and sharing the most distinctive expressions of our region’s culinary culture with members and friends alike. This year’s Gala Induction Evening embraces the theme “Between the mountains and the sea,” reflecting the essence of Shenzhen’s natural and cultural heritage.
Fittingly, our venue, the magnificent St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an, is surrounded by breathtaking vistas of both mountains and sea. The hotel’s acclaimed culinary team will, with a menu that harmoniously blends flavours from across the Greater Bay Area infused with the spirit of nature’s bounty, showcase the evening to perfection. As 2025 marks the Bailliage’s ninth anniversary, we pause to reflect on our journey together between mountains and sea, between fine cuisine and the finer moments of life.
