Celebrating fellowship at the French Residence

" Beyond its gastronomic dimension, the evening embodied deeply human values of solidarity, fellowship, and kindness »

On June 13, the French Residence in Tunisia hosted a magnificent White Party organized by the Société d’Entraide et de Bienfaisance des Français de Tunisie (SEFB)*, in partnership with the Union des Français de l’Étranger (UFE)** and the National Bailliage of Tunisia, within the prestigious setting graciously provided by Her Excellency Mrs Anne Guéguen, Ambassador of France to Tunisia.

The Bailliage of Tunisia had the honour of coordinating and leading the gastronomic programme for this charitable event, which brought together several hundred guests around a shared objective: to enjoy an exceptional evening while supporting a worthy cause driven by generosity and commitment.

The inspired choice of the White Party theme contributed greatly to the unique atmosphere that prevailed throughout the evening. A symbol of peace, harmony, and serenity, the colour white created an ideal setting for conversation, new encounters, and conviviality. Smiles, laughter, moments of sharing, and genuine joy punctuated the celebration, where everyone seemed united by the simple pleasure of being together.

Beyond its gastronomic dimension, the evening embodied deeply human values of solidarity, fellowship, and kindness. It demonstrated how the art of dining can become a powerful means of bringing people, cultures, and generations closer together.

Through this exemplary collaboration, the National Bailliage also reaffirmed its role as a unifying force. Faithful to its spirit of openness, it creates bridges between institutions, associations, and committed stakeholders who share a common vision of living together in harmony. Far beyond its traditional sphere of activity, the Chaîne supports initiatives that give meaningful purpose to gathering around the table and help strengthen human connections in service of causes rooted in shared values.

This evening was therefore much more than a gastronomic or charitable event. It was a celebration of fellowship in action, of solidarity and conviviality expressed with authenticity. It demonstrated that the most memorable moments are often born when generosity meets the joy of sharing.
