Our second 'Welcome Back Party'
" Our night started with Champagne and Ramesses II 15-year caviar "

After more than two months of being completely locked down in Shanghai due to COVID-19, the Bailliage celebrated the end of lockdown by organising a “welcome back party” dinner to help cast the isolation blues away. The party was exclusively for Shanghai members and their guests. Dinner just cost 1 RMB for each member to take part.

The event took place at the Shanghai Town & Country Club (STCC), a high-end private club. Our night started with Champagne and Ramesses II 15-year caviar, followed by a selection of fine wines designed carefully to pair with the exquisite dining. Last but not least, Cognac from the House of Camus House was a perfect ending to this delightful gourmet night filled with great food, wine, and friendship.

There was a total 74 participants in this special event. Everyone strictly followed health check procedures with a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event.

During the dinner, there were many lottery prizes, including Cognac glass sets, Ramesses II Caviar, a fitness voucher, wines from STCC, and Camus XO ‘Borderies’ Cognac.

Each dish was beautifully presented and paired with excellent wines praised by the guests.

Congratulations and well-deserved applause were given to the STCC kitchen and service brigades. Vice-Chancelier Lisa Leung presented the appreciation plaque to the STCC team.

We also celebrated several members recent birthdays.

What an amazing night! We are looking forward to our next culinary event.
