On April 22nd Bailliage members and their guests began their celebration of World Chaîne Day at “edo”, the top-class restaurant owned by Maître Rôtisseur Christof Brinkmann in Dangast.
After a Champagne Mumm ‘Cordon Rouge’ reception, Chef Christof presented an exquisite five-course lunch.

This was followed by a lovely boat tour around Jade Bay aboard the “Jantje”.
It was a wonderful World Chaîne Day 2023 for all participants.
