It is with great enthusiasm that we extend an invitation to you to attend our 19th Anniversary Macau Chapitre - Induction Ceremony and Gala Dinner - on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

The evening will commence at 6pm with the Induction Ceremony, followed by a cocktail reception and our Gala Dinner at 7pm. This year’s theme, “paying homage to Chaîne Macau,” reflects our commitment to celebrating the rich heritage and culinary excellence of our Bailliage.

We are excited to present a unique six-hands Western cuisine dinner, crafted by three esteemed chefs who have previously participated in Chaîne Galas in Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Macau. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that the wine for the evening will be generously sponsored by Château Lynch-Bages.
