Dear Young Chefs, Sponsors, Supporters, and Esteemed Members,
We are thrilled to announce that the Bailliage of South Africa will be hosting our highly anticipated National Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition on May 29th at ICA (The Institute of Culinary Arts) in Stellenbosch.
We encourage all contestants to begin preparations in earnest, as this challenge is their final stepping stone to securing a place at the International Final scheduled for April 2026 at Le Cordon Bleu in Istanbul, Türkiye.
