The National Officers and Bailliage members are excited that the Chaîne in Macau is set to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a Grand Chapitre from November 14-16, 2025.

As a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, Macau provides a unique and prestigious backdrop for this momentous occasion. We are therefore eager to showcase the best of gastronomy tourism through our carefully curated celebration.

Our three-day event is designed to be a comprehensive exploration of gastronomy, culture, and collaboration. Concluding the programme on November 16th will be a spectacular Gala Dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Macau, the highlight of the anniversary celebration. It will be themed “Club des Chefs de Chefs”. Fifty royal chefs and selected chefs will collaborate to create an unforgettable dining experience. This exclusive event will bring together culinary masters and enthusiasts around the table, celebrating the art of cuisine.

One of the key aspects of our event is the strong support we have received from the Macau Government Tourism Office and other relevant government sectors. This support not only underscores the importance of the event but also enables us to offer a rich and diverse programme.

We have planned a special gastronomy tour that will take participants through the culinary delights of Macau and China Hengqin. This tour will be a journey of discovery, allowing attendees to savour the unique flavours and culinary traditions of the region.

For our overseas delegation, we have organized a special Chinese worship ceremony followed by cooking classes. This will provide a hands-on experience of local gastronomy, fostering cultural exchange and appreciation.

A fireside talk is also on the agenda, where industry professionals, including local government officials and international gastronomy opinion leaders, will come together to discuss and share insights on the future of gastronomy tourism.

Additionally, this period coincides with the 72nd Macau International Grand Prix. We’ve specially arranged a Chaîne Grand Prix lunch within the Grand Prix track area, allowing you to enjoy delicious food whilst being immersed in the thrilling atmosphere of the race. Truly experiencing high-speed passion up close!
