On behalf of the National Council, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 2025 Grand Chapitre of Canada in Montreal.

From the day I became Bailli Délégué of Canada, I have longed for the return of our Grand
Chapitre to Montreal. This is a unique opportunity to experience all this cosmopolitan city, the birthplace of the Chaine in Canada, has to offer - a combination of international flair, history, hospitality and fine dining not available anywhere else in North America.

I have no doubt that members from across Canada (and around the world) will thoroughly enjoy the dining events at top-class restaurants arranged by the local Organizing Committee.

As you will see from the programme, they have truly “pulled out all of the stops” to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs worldwide.
