It is with much pleasure that I invite you to this Chapitre in Olten.

In Olten, the road leads to the old town with its narrow streets and old buildings via the old wooden bridge over the River Aare. Many places can tell an interesting story, unfortunately the railway or the road too often make us pass them by, yet a visit is worth it!

We especially welcome Daniel Jäggi, Bailli Délégué of the Principality of Liechtenstein, Member of the Conseil Magistral. He will preside over the Induction Ceremony.

Many friendships link the two neighbouring National Bailliages. This year, we are pleased to congratulate the Bailliage of the Principality of Liechtenstein on its 40th anniversary! We are delighted to be able to continue to strengthen the relations of friendship and neighbourliness.

Many thanks to Bailli Gilbert Ernst and his Committee for organizing this Chapitre. The Bailliage of Soleure celebrates the 70th anniversary of its foundation this year. We congratulate them and wish them many beautiful events for their anniversary year!
