The Bailliage of Switzerland’s 2025 National Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition will take place on Saturday, March 29th at the BZI Interlaken.

“BZI” = Bildungs-Zentrum Interlaken (www.bzi.ch) which in English translates as Centre of Education. The BZI offers more than education in the Bernese Oberland. It encourages people to act independently and successfully in their private and business environments. Lifelong bridges are built for learning and connection opportunities ensured in work, business and society.

To celebrate the competitors a Gala Awards Evening open for all members and their guests will be held in the Hotel Metropole in Interlaken (www.metropole-interlaken.ch).

The National Final commences at 8am in the BZI Interlaken where we will have the use of eight cooking workstations for the competitors. NB. The competition is not open to the public.

In the evening at the Hotel Metropole, the programme will comprise the Awards Presentation and Induction Ceremony followed by a Reception and Gala Dinner. [Precise timings are still to be confirmed]
