The Bailliage’s annual Gala Induction Dinner event was held at The Ritz-Carlton Macau with a special menu prepared through the culinary expertise of the hotel. What a team they are at the hotel!

The evening began with the Induction Ceremony presided over by Steven Kahn, Member of the Conseil Magistral. Steven is our “next door neighbour”. He simply had to take the fast ferry across the Zhujiang River Estuary of the South China Sea to be able to induct new Chaîne members as well as those wishing to join the OMGD. At the same time, the Induction Ceremony recognized members who have been devoted to the Chaîne family for many years by presenting them Gold and Silver Commandeur awards.
After the ceremony, members and friends gathered in the Ritz Carlton’s Grand Ballroom to enjoy the exclusive menu prepared by the hotel’s passionate culinary team. The memorable evening was made even more special by the attendance of international Chaîne members; an unforgettable menu; fabulous wine pairing and exceptional jazz entertainment.
The Gala Dinner ended on the pool deck where cigars and drinks were enjoyed whilst taking in the spectacular view under Macau’s perfect evening sky.
It was a wonderful Gala evening to remember with everyone looking forward to more great events to come.
