Dinner at Vic's Portuguese restaurant
" Being a coastal nation, Portugal's culture and cuisine is influenced by its location "
A wonderful celebration for World Chaine Day (WCD), the dinner was exclusively prepared by Executive Chef Martinho Moniz from Vic’s Restaurant for the members of the Bailliage of Macau and their guests.
Vic’s is where traditional flavours meet modern Portuguese cuisine. Being a coastal nation, Portugal’s culture and cuisine is influenced by its location. Vic's embraces these elements with its panoramic waterfront view, great alfresco dining terrace as well as a comfortable indoor dining decorated with Portuguese traditional features.
Executive Chef Martinho, who is a Portuguese national, utilises modern flavours and traditional Portuguese cuisine in his quest for excellence. For this WCD 2021 celebration he and his brigade took the group on a voyage tasting Portuguese cuisine presented in a stylish way.

*Ed. The Roquette & Cazes project represents the coming together of two friends, Jorge Roquette (from Quinta do Crasto) and Jean-Michel Cazes (from Château Lynch-Bages in Bordeaux). In 2002, these two families decided to set up a company to produce great wines that would be distinguished by the natural characteristics of the Douro Valley and by the experience of the Cazes family who have been wine producers for centuries.
