The National Bailliage held its 2022 Finals of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and the Jeunes Sommeliers Competitions on the same day as the Chapitre.
The Awards Ceremony for the young competitors opened the evening’s programme at the Hotel Britannia - part of Hotels Vanhollebeke owned by Maître Hôtelier Stefan Vanhollebeke.
Our own Michel Cottray, in his capacity as a Member of the Conseil Magistral, presided over the Induction Ceremony both for the young competitors and members of the Bailliage who were receiving their first Chaîne regalia or who were being promoted.
At the celebratory reception members and their guests could enjoy the prestigious Laurent Perrier ‘Grand Siècle’ Champagne with amuse-bouches.
The Gala Dinner was at another Vanhollebeke establishment near to the Hotel Britannia. A fleet of typical Knokke le Zoute golf carts ferried everyone to the Restaurant La Terrasse du Zoute.
