2022 National Final held at TAFE
" Congratulations to winner Ryan Cosentio "

Our 2022 National Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition was held on Monday, June 13th at TAFE in Brisbane and was proudly supported by TAFE Queensland!

[Ed. TAFE stands for “Technical and Further Education. TAFE Queensland is the largest, most experienced training provider in the state with more than 500 nationally-recognised qualifications to choose from across 50 locations.]

Congratulations to winner Ryan Cosentio. He is now off to Mexico in October to compete in the International Final!

Runner-up was Jessica Lord and in Third Place was Kimberly Tang.

Ryan's menu consisted of:

Potato scale barramundi, lobster and zucchini cannelloni
pea salad, parsnip purée, beurre blanc sauce

Roasted duck breast, confit duck and eggplant
poached beetroot, carrot puree, duck jus

Chocolate panna cotta
banana compote, candied pecans
glazed raspberry

Well done to all the competitors who participated in this year’s National Final. Good luck to Ryan for Mexico City!
