Ben Purton appointed to the Committee
" taking on the role of Jury Director "

Firstly, I would like to take a few moments to thank Heinz Hofmann for the amazing work he did while on the International Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Committee. It was fine work - dedicated, professional and energetic.

Thank you Heinz for this and for all the work you did otherwise for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

To fill the vacant spot, it is with great pleasure that I can announce that, with the approval of President Atallah, Ben Purton, Conseiller Culinaire of the Bailliage of Great Britain, will join the committee taking on the role of Jury Director.

Ben has been a member of our International Jury for the past five years. What’s more he is extremely aligned with what we are doing as a committee and of course has great dedication to the Chaîne and young chefs.
