Featuring organic and biodynamic wines
" The accompanying eight-course tasting menu was inspired by Chef Oscar Diaz "
Held at Stills Bar and Restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Yas Island this was our first OMGD (Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs) event of the year.
The wine tasting dinner was all about savouring organic and biodynamic wines from the New and Old Worlds. The accompanying eight-course tasting menu was inspired by Chef Oscar Diaz.
The reception started on the terrace overlooking the golf course. Dry Martinis and Champagne Veuve Clicquot Brut NV were accompanied by delicious canapés. Whilst sipping the bubbly we were serenaded with classic jazz notes by the talented saxophonist.
