We are honoured to have hosted an exceptional dinner event on Saturday, April 22nd, in celebration of World Chaîne Day at Kobe Bistro. Our guests wholeheartedly embraced our theme “Come with your heart”. It was a privilege to have Dr Martin Schmidt from the Bailliage of Thailand and Dr Michael Martello from the Bailliage of USA grace us with their presence.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supports the growth and development of the food, beverage, and hospitality industry in Vietnam. We invite those who hold a deep passion for the culinary arts to join us at our next event where we can come together to celebrate the vibrancy and richness of Vietnam’s hospitality industry.

The evening's culinary highlight was the exceptional five-course meal prepared by Maître Rôtisseur “Iron Chef” David Thai, featuring exquisite dishes such as abalone pho style and scallops with a squid ink heart-shaped terrine.

Bùi Trung Đức from Amanaki Hotels generously provided two magnums of Champagne Pertois-Moriset to add to our wine pairings. Ms. Huyền Dương gifted us lovely packages of Bee Buzy Honey from the jungles of Yok Don National Park in Vietnam. These contributions added a special touch to an already memorable evening.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to Profesionnel du Vin nominee, Ms Catherine Guo, for her invaluable expertise and attention to detail in shaping our wine pairings. Every sip of the Portuguese wines was a testament to her refined palate.
