It will be an extraordinary honour to be able to greet the large family that is the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs here in the Principality of Liechtenstein to celebrate the 40th anniversary of our Bailliage.
I am particularly pleased that many guests from abroad have already registered for our Induction Ceremony. For cultural pursuits, diverse and attractive tours will give you an insight into the special features of our country and promise extraordinary experiences and encounters.
Today, our Bailliage has 110 members and enjoys constant popularity because our members testify to the high quality of the cuisine offered. The many competent Chefs and highly motivated employees in our Pro-member establishments conjure up true works of art on the guests’ plates.
Together with Inducting Officer Thore Sande, Member of the Conseils d'Administration and Magistral, who will be travelling from his home in Norway to preside over as the representative of President Atallah, and Daniel Hilti, Mayor of Schaan, we look forward to a beautiful, dignified and enjoyable Grand Chapitre.
