On a day with clear skies and mild temperatures, our members and their companions enjoyed a spring dinner in a relaxed atmosphere outdoors on the terrace of Corazón de Alcachofa. The eaterie is located inside the exclusive Casa Sao Paulo Gourmet Gastronomic Center, framed by the walls of a classic Guadalajara construction that created a memorable evening for the attendees.

Members were greeted on arrival with a choice of refreshing wines: MaCo Sauvignon Blanc or Malbec Rosé, both harvested in 2020 at MaCo Vineyards, the ranch of our Vice-Chargé de Missions Jesús Maciel in Napa Valley, California.

The exclusive five-course tasting menu was delicious. High-quality cuisine, accompanied by excellent red wines which transported us to Napa Valley.

Continuing to celebrate World Chaîne Day members were invited to wear red. The decorations alluded to this year's theme “Come with your heart”. Glass hearts handcrafted in different colours decorated our tables.

Satisfaction was at its peak on the occasion of this remarkable spring menu in this magical setting. When the thanks to the kitchen and service brigade were formalized by our Vice-Conseiller Culinaire Gabriel Pérez Ulloa we were in complete agreement.
