On June 10th, one of our annual signature events “The Chefs' Table Lunch” was hosted at our Bailli Délégué's residence. A highly anticipated tradition, The Chefs' Table is a flagship event in our calendar.
Our Bailli Délégué's residence is affectionately known as “Chateau de ENG”. The grandeur and elegance of the venue provided a perfect backdrop for the afternoon's gastronomic affair. We were immersed in a luxurious, exclusive atmosphere.
Highlight of the event was the exceptional culinary journey presented by the 13 participating chefs. Each chef showcased their unique talents and expertise, offering a diverse range of cuisines that delighted the confrères' palates. The Chefs' Table celebrated Singapore's culinary landscape with a fusion of innovative dishes and traditional delicacies.
