The Bailliage of Arctic is the proud host of this year’s Grand Chapitre in Norway. With great pleasure we invite you to join us in Tromsø, Norway’s Arctic capital. Known as the gateway to the Arctic and “Paris of the North”, it is an urban city with people from 150 different nations living there.

Let us tempt you with fjords, mountains and the midnight sun - including a cable car trip to the mountain top to marvel at spectacular panoramic views of Tromsø.
