The International Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition Committee (Chair: David Tetrault, Member of the Conseil d’Honneur and a Member of the Conseil Magistral) is delighted to announce that the next International Final of the Competition will be held in Istanbul, Türkiye, on April 18, 2026.

Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul on the Ozyegin University campus in the heart of Istanbul will host the Final.

As well as expressing its deep appreciation for the ongoing support of Le Cordon Bleu, the Committee is most grateful to the Bailliage of Türkiye (Bailli Délégué Yves Léon who is a Member of the Conseil Magistral) for readily agreeing to once again host an International Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition.
