This cognac is not only to be savoured but also to be celebrated. Here, taste tells the story better than words.

Crafted from eaux-de-vie aged for more than a decade, the blend is crowned with a touch of venerable cognac from the time when Michel Camus first joined the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, nearly 70 years ago. Matured in coarse-grained oak casks - a nod to the robust, full-bodied style cherished by the members of the gastronomic association - this cognac bears the mark of intense oxidation and tannic extraction. The result is a deep, structured profile, with pronounced notes of rancio and a long finish that lingers, like a conversation unwilling to fade. Here, memory is liquid. Celebration and music never cease to play.

The decanter extends this memory. Draped in a moire red ribbon and bearing the insignia of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, it becomes a commemorative jewel, a symbol celebrating French haute gastronomie and the joy of gathering around the table. Like the decorations that members pin to their ribbons over the years, it declares: ‘‘I was there’’.

Warm regards
