From September 19th - 21st the National Bailliage organized its 35th Grand Chapitre at the NG Enjoy Hotel in Sapanca, located just over an hour’s drive from Istanbul.

On Friday, September 19th, 102 members and guests enjoyed a delightful BBQ dinner served in the hotel’s garden.

On Saturday, September 20th, our Inducting Officer, Thomas Kuhn, Member of the Conseils d’Administration and Magistral and Bailli Délégué of Switzerland, inducted 61 new members and promoted 44 members to higher grades. All new members were also inducted into the OMGD (Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs) by Grand Échanson Mohamed Hammam, who is a Member of the Conseils d’Honneur and Magistral.

A one-hour Champagne reception preceded the Gala Dinner, which was attended by 220 members and guests and served as follows:
