Tastes of the World on the 98th Floor!
" This is more than a dinner, it is a moment of shared celebration with Chaîne members across the globe, set within one of Kuala Lumpur's most extraordinary venues "
Dear Members,
We are delighted to invite you to a truly exceptional evening in celebration of World Chaîne Day 2026, a global occasion observed simultaneously across the Chaîne worldwide.
This year, we gather for an exceptional dining experience set against one of the most iconic backdrops in the world. That is the 98th floor of Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, located within Merdeka 118, the second tallest building globally and the tallest in southeast Asia.
Under the international theme “Tastes of the World” this special evening, on Saturday, April 25th, will take you on a refined culinary journey across continents. The journey will be brought to life through a menu thoughtfully curated to reflect global influences, techniques, and flavours.
The experience begins with an elegant reception of pre-dinner canapés, followed by a multi-course menu that seamlessly weaves together inspirations from India, Scandinavia, Vietnam, and beyond. Each dish will be crafted with precision and have storytelling at its core.
Helmed by Executive Chef Stig Drageide and his team, the evening promises not only culinary excellence, but a celebration of the Chaîne’s spirit. Gastronomy, culture, and fellowship will converge across borders on this very same night around the world.
Dress Code: black tie for gentlemen and evening gowns for ladies. Members are kindly requested to wear ribbons.
This is more than a dinner. It is a moment of shared celebration with Chaîne members across the globe, set within one of Kuala Lumpur’s most extraordinary venues.
