The arrangements for the 2027 International Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition are now in place.
It is scheduled for September 17, 2027, in Paris, France. The competition will be held at Le Cordon Bleu. We are grateful to Chef Eric Briffard and his team at Le Cordon Bleu for their support.
Competitors will be expected to arrive before 4pm on September 15, 2027, and will depart on September 19, 2027.
All age qualification rules will be in place. Competitors are eligible if they have not reached their 27th birthday by September 1, 2027.
If a Bailliage is planning to enter a competitor for this International Final it is required that they have a Conseiller Culinaire - a Chaîne Professional member - on the National Council.
