The Bailliage held its Chapitre at the RIHGA Royal Hotel under the leadership of Takeshi Kadokami, newly appointed as Bailli Provincial of Kansai. Mr Kadokami is a very famous food columnist in western Japan.

A favourite of both locals and visitors throughout its history, the RIHGA Royal Hotel offers exquisite service steeped in over 80 years of tradition.

During the Induction Ceremony Bailli Délégué Koji Fukuda inducted nine new members, promoted four existing members and presented four Commandeur awards.

Sixty-eight members took part in the celebratory Gala Dinner which included an elaborate dish prepared by Chef Mitsuhiro Toyoda.

The dinner completed what had been the anticipated successful and harmonious event.
