A #Eggscellent day out
" Lunch lasted well into the afternoon "
Thanks to my gastronomic friend, Bailli Délégué Paul Wyss, I joined the Bailliage of Taiwan’s #Eggscellent World Chaîne Day (WCD) lunchtime celebration.
We enjoyed sturgeon, caviar dishes, rainbow trout, Macau black pepper sausages, great wines and Champagne. Lunch lasted well into the afternoon, until 4.30 pm in fact.
It was nice to have such an excellent gourmet encounter in Guguan where there are hot springs first discovered in 1907. They are carbonic acid springs with a temperature of circa 48 degrees Celsius, thus are considered mild and good for a spa.
