First dinner in two years

Leonid Garbar, Bailli of St Petersburg, for the first time in almost two years was able to organise a Chaîne dinner in the unique Restaurant “Bobo” managed by Chef Artem Grebentschikov.
Artem’s philosophy is that he cooks the way he feels. His principle is creating the food corresponding to the time and place. It’s conceptual.
Bobo’s work is based on a choice of unique combinations of cuisine and wines from small producers. The menu is lively and always changes, as well as the wines, which accompany it. They constantly search for products of the highest quality to use in the creation of their little masterpieces.
By choice the restaurant only works with small vineyards making “terroir” wines, which characterize the place of the grape’s origin. Finding the ideal couple is oeno-gastronomic happiness.
The last Chaîne dinner we had in St. Petersburg was at Restaurant Juliette in December 2019!
For this first post-pandemic event, there were 12 members and guests, including Eric Père, General Manager of the Corinthia Nevsky Palace Hotel, and his wife Tamara.
