The Bailliage's September dinner was held in Pierre's Bistro headed by Michelin 3-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire and set on the waterfront of Dubai Festival City.

It was a spectacular event, with a carefully curated menu, highlighting the exceptionally skilled Executive Chef Mathieu Balbino and his kitchen brigade.

We appreciated the exquisite food and the excellently-paired wine selected by Quentin Possidoni, Area Sales Manager at M. Chapoutier.

The restaurant's ambience contributed to an elegant, joyful evening, which was heated up somewhat by a dramatic fire-eating display before the main course!

Congratulations to Herve Lorit, Restaurant General Manager and his service brigade who were efficient, friendly and kind.
