Valentine's Day theme
" Held at Mürver Restaurant on top of the Novotel "
For our first dinner of 2022 the Bailliage organized a Valentine Day’s themed dinner. Held at Mürver Restaurant on top of the Novotel it was fully booked by 100 members. After cocktails a wonderful dinner was prepared on the open-flame wood-fired grill by Executive Chef Mevlüt Özkaya and his team.

At the end of the dinner, Bailli Délégué Yves Léon and the National Board members present thanked both the kitchen brigade led by Executive Chef Mevlüt Özkaya and the service brigade led by Restaurant Manager Gürkan Özkan. They were presented with Bailliage of Turkey Certificates of Appreciation. Yves thanked our new Maître Hotelier member, Erkan Ögüt, the General Manager of the Novotel, for our wonderful dinner.
Ladies were presented with a luxury box of heart shaped Vakko chocolates. Both ladies and gentlemen were presented with a jar of homemade spicy “Geyvre” quince marmalade as a door gift to be reminded of a very enjoyable evening.
