Bailliage members honoured guests gathered at Culina Gastro Café & Modern Dining restaurant in Hanoi to enjoy our perennial Mid-Year Premium Dinner.

Culina is one of the newest restaurants in Hanoi. It features borderless dining focusing on the finest ingredients available.

The tradition of the Bailliage’s annual “Premium Dinner” is a concept borrowed from Bailliages in Japan where cost and effort are immaterial to the orchestration of the event. The result is a magnificent dinner that Chefs and the host venue work tirelessly to create. A meal like no other.

We congratulate the team at Culina led by Executive Chef Nico. What made this dinner even more exceptional was the fact that Nico agreed to create special menus for those who could not enjoy the regular menu through dietary restrictions. Accordingly, as well as the regular menu above, there were also vegetarian and non-beef options. This simple act of kindness really separates our beloved chef Nico from the rest.

We also give thanks to Daloc Wines and Classic Fine Foods in the planning of this very special event.
