Our gastronomic journey took us to China! To the intimate family restaurant, Chilli Fagara in Sichuan owned and operated by Maître Restaurateur Tracy Wong and her mother.
An experience of unique recipes, tastes and flavours was artfully prepared and presented at this Michelin-starred venue. Based on age old traditions and culture, the menu included a range of culinary accomplishments using only fresh ingredients.

After our ‘spice of life’ dinner, everyone departed with sweet memories.
