Our Bailliage hosted an Alba truffle dinner at Cugini Restaurant in Hanoi owned by Executive Chef Nico Ceccomoro, who is a Maître Rôtisseur.
Eighteen very lucky members and guests enjoyed the first Alba white truffles of the season in exquisite splendour. The Bailliage was able to secure 600g of this special delight for this truly unique event.
Indeed, this batch of truffles was very special. The rare variety with the highly sought-after reddish colour inside indicated their quality enhancing the level of the evening’s enjoyment.
