It is with much pleasure that I can announce that the 2023 International Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition is to be held in Istanbul, Turkey.
We are working closely with Bailli Délégué Yves Léon (who is a Member of the Conseil Magistral) and his team to again make for an outstanding event.
As well as the Final hosted by Le Cordon Bleu at Ozyegin University, the programme will, as usual, include tours and dinners.
The official host hotel will be the Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus.
Lunches at being proposed at Hamdi Restaurant and at a Turkish restaurant “The Must”. Dinners are planned at Mürver Restaurant, Beyti Restaurant, Le Cordon Bleu and Şans Restaurant.
Tours being contemplated are to:
- Soce Bazaar
- Tatakale Bazaar
- Yerebatan Cistern
- Sultanahmet Square
- Grand Bazaar
- a Baklava producer
The Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner will be at the Raffles Hotel.
